It's rare when you meet a family for the first time and feel an instant comfort. I arrived for the shoot about a half hour early because we were shooting in a location I'd never been. Of course, me being life-long Girl Scout that I am, I wanted to be prepared. I was a little nervous because I'd hadn't met the S Family before the shoot. But, as they arrived, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Shewit and her husband, Sean, were so warm and at ease. And the children...oh my goodness, they were such sweethearts. As you'll see from the images, there is no shortage of love in this family. I look forward to watching the children grow in the months and years to come.
